Car Sales Executive
OTE of £52,000!

Earn a realistic £52,000 OTE with a respected dealer group that values its people. This role offers an excellent commission structure, genuine career progression, and a fair work-life balance with a five-day working week, and one full weekend off every month.
You’ll be joining a successful and expanding automotive group where your effort and results are properly rewarded. The environment is fast-paced and customer-focused, giving you the opportunity to guide buyers through the car purchasing journey, build lasting relationships, and achieve outstanding results with the support of a strong manufacturer brand.
What’s on offer:
* £18,000 basic salary with a realistic £52,000 OTE (based on 20 cars per month sold)
* Clear and rewarding commission structure
* 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
* 5-day working week with one full weekend off every month
* Flexible weekend days to support work/life balance
* Long-term career development within a progressive dealer group
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday: 8:30am–6:30pm
* Saturday: 8:30am–5:30pm
* Sunday: 10:00am–4:00pm (on rota)
Requirements:
* Previous sales experience – motor trade background preferred, but strong candidates from other sectors will be considered
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
* Full UK driving licence essential
