Arden White is proud to be partnering with Heritage Automotive in their search for a Sales Executive to join their Volkswagen dealership sales team in Yeovil.
Now’s your chance to join a team that’s passionate about progress, people, and performance. As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers while building a rewarding career with a brand that’s always moving forward.
Duties/responsibilities:
* Connecting with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
* Delivering on both sales targets and customer satisfaction scores
* Advising on finance, insurance, and add-on products
* Managing the full customer journey—from first contact to vehicle handover and beyond
* Maintaining excellent showroom presentation and keeping on top of admin and compliance
To be successful you will have:
* Have some experience in Car Sales or similar background
* Hold a full, valid Driving Licence
* Have full right to work in the UK
* Be based within a commutable radius of the dealership
* A target-driven mindset with a desire to succeed
* Confidence using technology (we use iPads and digital tools daily)
* Integrity, positivity, and the ability to build instant rapport
