Car Sales Executive – Main Dealership, Cardiff
Are you an experienced, motivated, and target-driven car sales professional? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading Main Dealership group in Cardiff, representing some of the most thrilling automotive brands in the UK.
What this company offers:

Competitive £23,000 basic, rising to £24,000 after 12 months
*
Uncapped OTE of £45–50,000
*
Clear opportunities for career progression
*
5 day working week in a very busy, fast-paced operation
*
No company car initially, but CBS offered after probation
Working Hours:
*
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
*
Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
*
Sunday: Closed
Your Role:
As a Car Sales Executive, your main goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while converting enquiries into confirmed sales. You will:

Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
*
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products, including vehicles, finance, and accessories
*
Confidently present full knowledge of our brands and products
*
Consistently achieve sales targets while following FCA-compliant processes
*
Carry out accurate part-exchange valuations
*
Prospect new customers via telephone, events, and other channels
What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record in sales and customer service
*
Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
*
Ambitious, motivated, and keen to develop professionally
*
Well-presented with a professional approach
*
Manual UK driving licence
