Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Sales Manager to join a reputable dealership in Lowestoft, Suffolk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales teams within the motor trade and possess strong leadership skills to drive performance and achieve targets.
Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead and develop their sales team in Lowestoft. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence sales success within a well-established dealership.
Benefits:
  * Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum
  * OTE up to £60,000 with bonus structures
  * Company car included
  * Five-day working week, Monday to Saturday

Duties:
  * Lead and motivate a team of four Sales Executives to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
  * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet dealership targets
  * Build strong relationships with customers, maintaining high standards of customer service
  * Manage daily sales activities, ensuring team compliance with company policies
  * Monitor and analyse team performance, providing coaching and support as needed
Requirements:
  * Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade
  * Demonstrable ability to lead and develop a sales team
  * Strong organisational and communication skills
  * Knowledge of the Suffolk market is advantageous
  * Drive and enthusiasm to succeed in a competitive environment
