We're looking for an inspiring, hands on Sales Manager to lead a large, high-performing used car team. You'll bring fresh ideas, relentless drive, and the ability to motivate a team to exceed targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What's on offer:
£40,000 basic salary with £65,000 OTE

As the Used Car Sales Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Used Car Sales department
The role will include stock control, used car valuations, competitor analysis and pricing, forecourt display, internet advertising, second facing customer and deal generation as well as driving the team forward
The successful candidate will be a high performing dynamic Used Car Sales Manager with a proven track record and capable of achieving the maximum from every opportunity
Previous Sales Management in a main dealership environment is essential.
