Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Retail Manager to join our client’s busy and well-established manufacturer owned dealership in Staines.
Our client is offering the successful Car Sales Manager on Target Earnings of £57,770.

Business Manager / Sales Manager Experience RequiredResponsibilities:
Monitoring and supporting the sales team during the sales process, engaging directly with customers at the appropriate time.
Responsibility for all financing, GAP and other regulated products.
Controlling the sale of finance and insurance (F&I) products and services.
Control of all payments/commissions, for vehicles and F&I products, both from customers and finance companies.
Ensuring all F&I transactions are made in accordance with FCA regulations and code of practice.
Relationship management between finance companies and our client.Requirements:
Have a proven track record within a Vehicle Sales Manager role
Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
