Required Skills for the Car Valetor Role:
Proven experience in valeting or a similar role
Ability to clean vehicles thoroughly and efficiently
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliability and a positive attitude
Valid driving licenceNice to Have Skills:
Previous experience managing or supervising small teams
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and detailing techniques
Familiarity with health and safety standards in a vehicle environmentPreferred Education and Experience:
No formal qualifications required, but relevant experience is highly regarded
Previous valeting experience in a busy dealership or automotive environment preferredOther Requirements:
Own transport or reliable access to Crawley location
Commitment to working 45 hours per week
