Locum Cardiac Physiologist Cardiac Devices x2
Location: Telford
Banding: Band 7
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Job Summary:
* An excellent opportunity has arisen for two experienced Cardiac Physiologists to join the Cardiology team in Telford on a temporary basis.
* The successful candidates will be responsible for independently running pacing clinics and supporting the wider cardiac device service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently manage and run pacing clinics.
* Perform device checks (pacemakers, ICDs, CRT).
* Assist with follow-up of cardiac device patients.
* Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
* Ensure accurate documentation and patient care records.
Requirements:
* BHRS Accreditation (Essential)
* Proven experience running pacing clinics independently.
* Strong communication and clinical skills.
* Enhanced DBS required prior to starting.
Additional Information:
* Applicants must be available for the full Monday–Friday schedule (9am–5pm).
