The Care and Compliance Manager will: Lead a Care Services Support Team to support rapid change and ensure high-quality care. Identify issues and implement solutions to promote resident safety. Coach home care teams to provide exceptional care and gain confidence from regulators. Provide support with operational challenges, including interim management and staffing models. Liaise with regulators and organise evidence to demonstrate best practice care. Conduct quality audits and develop action plans for sustained improvement. Monitor Service Improvement Plans and report non-compliance to the Director of Quality and Governance. Package and Benefits: The Care and Compliance Manager will receive: Annual salary of £60,000. £5,000 Care Allowance. Mileage reimbursement. The ideal Care and Compliance Manager will have: Auditing experience in a clinical environment. experience working in similar role with the care home sector A post-basic clinical qualification (e.g., teaching and assessing, Infection Control). An Enhanced DBS check in relation to Children and Adults.
