Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Care and Compliance Manager to join a large care home provider with a portfolio of care homes across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to drive quality improvement and operational excellence across a growing portfolio of homes. Job: 2507 Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + £5,000 Care Allowance and Mileage Location: Leeds (with national travel) Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed quality audits of each care home, evaluating outcomes and performance against KPIs and CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) Develop and monitor Service Improvement Plans to deliver sustained improvements across all homes Lead a Care Services Support Team to work alongside operational teams, identifying issues and implementing solutions to promote resident safety Provide support with various operational challenges, including interim management of homes and designing staffing models Maintain a strong and visible presence across services, with focused support for underperforming homes Build and maintain effective relationships with CQC, Local Authorities, commissioners, and other professional stakeholders Attend and participate in Governance Meetings, presenting audit results and insights Coach and support home care teams to enable them to provide a high standard of care and gain the confidence of regulators Advise new Managers and Managers who are experiencing challenges through mentoring and guidance Assist with the standardisation of documentation and roll-out of best practices across all homes Contribute to the development of care-related policies and procedures to enhance care standards and compliance Liaise with regulators and organise the production and gathering of evidence to demonstrate best practice care Support Company Directors in the delivery of strategic objectivesRequired Skills & Experience Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) Previous experience of running care homesIf you meet the above criteria above and you would like to know more, please give me a call on (phone number removed) or send me an updated CV to Keystone Care is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
