First Response Carer

Be the First Face of Kinetic Nursing Services

£157 per day + overtime payments + travel allowance

Kinetic Nursing Services is an Outstanding-rated care provider - and we're creating something different.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious First Response Carer to join our growing team, primarily supporting our Doncaster service.

🚀 An Established Model - Now Growing in Doncaster
Our First Response Team is already established and operating successfully in Rotherham. We are now developing this model further in Doncaster, creating an exciting opportunity for someone to join us at an early stage and help shape how the service develops.

This is not your typical care role.

You'll be part of a dedicated First Response Team providing 7-day cover, typically 06:30-10pm, supporting new customers until their permanent care team and rota are established.
You could be the first Kinetic person a new customer meets - making a lasting first impression, building trust and helping them begin their care journey with confidence.

*Build and develop new care rotas
*Support the mobilisation of new care packages
*Provide personal, social and single-handed care
*Build relationships with customers, families and professionals
*Help Kinetic respond quickly to new business opportunities
*Work alongside senior and clinical colleagues
*Help establish and grow our Doncaster First Response service

You won't just follow the rota - you'll help build it.
You won't just take over an existing care package - you'll help establish it.
