Assisting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Supporting mobility, using equipment and ensuring safety during transfers
Encouraging participation in social, recreational, and life-enrichment activities
Helping with meals, hydration, and ensuring proper nutrition
Accurately documenting care provided and reporting any changes in residents conditions
Key Qualities We Look For:
A caring, empathetic nature with a passion for helping others
Excellent communication skills, building trust and rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Patience and adaptability in responding to the varied needs of residents
Willingness to embrace and implement feedback for continuous improvement
Pay Rates:
Pre 12 weeks - £13,00 per hour
Post 12 weeks - between £13,10 - £17,57 per hour depending on the times / weekends
