Bank Care Assistant

Pay rate: £12.89 - £18.78 plus holiday pay, an hour, weekly pay

Our client specialises in offering specialist post acute rehabilitation, as well as management of long term neurological conditions. 

We are offering an exciting opportunity working within our group owned residential service in Bedford, working together to develop person-centred, evidence-based rehabilitation care plans that aim to maximise the individual’s independence and recovery.

As an Agency Care Assistant, you must:

Be over the age of 18 to apply
Have the right to work in the UK. 
Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
The duties of an Agency Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
