I’m currently recruiting for Full Time Permanent Care Assistant to join my clients “Good” CQC rated, 36 bedded care home based is Wadebridge.
The home specialises in dementia, elderly care and mental health conditions.
Working as part of our care team is a rewarding and fulfilling role and we are looking for Care Assistants who are kind, caring and committed to delivering the highest quality of care to our residents.
As a Care Assistant, you will be supporting with personal hygiene, general support, care and social wellbeing. This is a great opportunity to develop your career alongside the support and guidance of a well-established team who truly value their colleagues.
Care Assistant Job Details:
Pay: £12.65 - £13.00 per hour
Job type: Full time Care assistant (36 hours contracted per week)
Shifts and schedule: 12-hour shifts (8am - 8pm/8pm – 8am) working every other weekend
In this Care Assistant role, you will:
* Provide personal care and support to our residents.
* Assist with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and mealtimes.
* Foster a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.
* Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
* Support residents in living fulfilling and independent lives.
