We’re looking for a motivated and organised Care Coordinator to join a growing Domiciliary Care service in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting service users and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care every day.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and manage client care packages
-Plan and oversee staff rotas to ensure full cover
-Liaise with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
-Monitor care delivery and ensure compliance with CQC standards
-Support recruitment, induction, and training of care staff
-Respond to issues and emergencies with professionalism
Ideal Candidate:
-Previous experience as a Care Coordinator in domiciliary care
-Excellent organisational and communication skills

-Knowledge of CQC requirements
