Care Coordinator - Domiciliary & Supported Living Care (Adults & Children)
Location: Nottingham
Pay: £14 p/hr

Requirements:
Minimum Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
At least 2 years' experience in domiciliary or supported living care

Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
