Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualised care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.

* Conduct regular assessments of residents’ health and well-being, adjusting care plans as necessary.
* Administer medications as prescribed and oversee medication management protocols within the facility.
* Foster a supportive environment for residents and their families, addressing any concerns or queries effectively.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for residents.
* Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Experience
* Previous supervisory or management experience within a care environment is preferred.
* Familiarity with developing care plans tailored to individual needs is crucial.
* Experience in medication administration and understanding of relevant regulations is required.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members.
