Skills needed for a Care Coordinator: Exceptional Communication - written, verbal, and interpersonal 2+ years in healthcare or social care sector (preferred) Strong organisation and time management Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills Resilience under pressure; thrives in fast paced settings Comfortable with ambiguity and takes initiative High emotional intelligence and empathetic leadership Business acumen and understanding of service dynamics Ability to hold self and others accountable with compassion If you are interested in this role and have the relevant skills and experience and please apply now!
