Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week - (Shifts Between 8am-6pm (phone number removed) or 10-6)

Dealing with all inbound calls and email enquiries
Working as part of a team to promptly meet the needs of the client
Liaising with multiple departments to find solutions for all client account management matters
Using your initiative to fulfil and exceed client expectations and deliver excellent customer service
Building and maintaining a relationship with the clients to best support them
Identifying clinicians suitable for work placements and proactively reaching out to them with outbound calls
Take ownership of the shift handover process with clarity and accountability.
Skills needed for a Care Coordinator:
Exceptional Communication - written, verbal, and interpersonal
2+ years in healthcare or social care sector (preferred)
Strong organisation and time management
Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Resilience under pressure; thrives in fast paced settings
Comfortable with ambiguity and takes initiative
High emotional intelligence and empathetic leadership
Business acumen and understanding of service dynamics
Ability to hold self and others accountable with compassion
