📌 Requirements:
* 6+ months of care experience (preferred)
* Right to work in the UK (but not on Sponsorship Visa )
* Must be having UK Driving Licence and Car
* As Care Coordinator you will contribute to the management and coordination of the Care Team, ensuring smooth running of the company’s commissioned services. You will be the first point of contact for day- to-day, operational requirements of the Care Team and the people supported by the company.
