Scheduler / Care Co-ordinator - Office-Based Role (No Care Visits Required)

We're looking for a dedicated Care Co-ordinator to join our friendly office team. Whether
you're experienced in scheduling or just starting out, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Overview
As part of our close-knit scheduling team, you'll play a vital role in organising and coordinating care visits, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be the first point of contact for enquiries from customers, care staff, and external professionals.
Key Skills & Attributes
*Excellent communication skills - able to engage with a range of people with empathy and patience.
*Strong written and verbal English.
*Highly organised with a methodical approach to scheduling and record-keeping.
*Confident with IT - experience using the OneTouch system is highly desirable.
*A team player who can work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
*Availability to work over 7 days (08:30-17:00) and take part in the on-call rota (17:00-22:00).
