CHAPS – Care Home Assistant Practitioner | Halstead, Essex
£14.50 per hour | 36 hours per week | Day Shifts Only (8am–8pm)

We’re proud to be working with a beautiful, well-regarded nursing home in Halstead, Essex, to recruit an experienced CHAPS (Care Home Assistant Practitioner) to join their dedicated care team.

About the Role:
As a CHAPS, you’ll bridge the gap between care and clinical teams—supporting with medication administration, monitoring residents' health and well-being, and working closely with nurses to deliver truly person-centred care.
What we’re looking for:
* Experienced Senior Carer or CHAPS with relevant training and qualifications
* Confident in medication administration and basic clinical duties
* Passionate about elderly care, with strong communication and leadership skills
* Reliable, caring and a true team player
In return, you’ll receive:
