Care Home Manager - Maidstone, Kent
Salary: £62,000 per annum
We are working with a well-established residential care home in Maidstone, Kent, to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee a dedicated team and deliver high-quality care for residents living with dementia.

Lead and support staff in creating and maintaining person-centred care plans and risk assessments
Ensure care standards are implemented and regularly reviewed
Maintain effective communication with residents and their families
Manage complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company policies
Promote a culture of high-quality care and continuous improvementCandidate Requirements
Minimum of one year's experience managing a care home
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
