Job Description
I have an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care role based in Blackburn.
This is a pivotal position, reporting directly to the owners, and would suit a dynamic leader with a glass-half-full approach who can maintain staff discipline, drive compliance, and deliver consistently high-quality care.
The essentials:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (completed).
* At least 10 years’ sector experience, including 5+ years at RM/Senior Ops level.
* Proven management of 2000+ hours of domiciliary care per week.
* Strong track record in CQC compliance and inspections.
* Confident, solutions-focused leader with excellent communication skills.
The opportunity:
You’ll oversee a large domiciliary service in the Blackburn Area, working closely with the owners to shape, strengthen, and grow the provision.
