Elderly Residential Care Home in Oundle
£42,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week
Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Care Home Manager to join a fantastic elderly care home in Oundle.
Package for the Care Home Manager includes but is not limited to:

Care Home Manager requirements:
* Previous experience either as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home setting
* Caring and compassionate
* Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent leadership and line management
* Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
