Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Manager, Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator to join a growing private homecare provider in Maidenhead.
 
You’ll be joining a well staffed service with an experienced Operations Manager who is committed to giving you the support and resources needed to succeed.
 
What's on offer:

£35,000-£40,000 per annum.
£150 monthly car allowance.
£60 payment for each weekend on-call.
28 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day for each year of service.

Care Manager Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day management of a growing domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, person-centred care.
Oversee and support the Care Coordinator, including checking rotas to ensure effective care delivery.
Complete new client assessments, reviews and care plans.
Conduct staff supervisions, providing ongoing support, guidance and feedback.
Complete regular quality assurance checks and maintain strong standards of CQC compliance.
Complete and review risk assessments to ensure care is delivered safely.
Support the continued growth and development of the service. 
Care Manager Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager within a domiciliary care setting.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and quality assurance.
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Strong organisational and people management skills.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
