About the Role
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Care Manager who is passionate about care and committed to excellence in service delivery.
You will:
* Coordinate care rotas and manage staffing cover
* Lead, support and mentor a team of support workers
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards, supporting the Registered Manager
* Oversee care assessments, customer relationships, and safeguarding procedures
* Contribute to new business development including tenders and client onboarding
* Manage performance through structured supervisions and appraisals
* Participate in our out-of-hours emergency rota (1 in every 7 weeks)
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or above is preferred.
If not yet obtained, we will support you to complete it within your first 3 months.
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar service management role
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to clients in the community
* Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent organisation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* A reliable, proactive, and team-oriented approach
