Care Package – Mental Health Support Workers Needed (Preston)
Start Date: TBC – no later than 15th August
Shifts: 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am (12-hour shifts, days and nights)
Pay: Umbrella £16.20 Monday to Friday Flat, £18 on Saturday and Sunday.
We are currently recruiting experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join a 3:1 care package based in Preston supporting individual (Female under 18) with complex needs within a trauma-informed framework.
About the Role:
* Supporting a mixed-gender group (2 females, 1 male)
* Working within a trauma-informed care model
* No domiciliary care calls – static placement
* Providing high-quality, safe, and compassionate care
* Ensuring physical and emotional wellbeing at all times
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of experience in mental health settings
* PMVA and PBS training (mandatory)
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
* Up-to-date mandatory training – including restraint safeguarding children.
* Full Enhanced DBS Children and Adult cleared.
* Commitment to delivering person-centred, trauma-informed care
Staffing Ratio:
3:1
