Our client is one of the UK's leading homecare providers, supporting vulnerable adults requiring varying levels of support, to enable them to complete everyday tasks to live independently in their own homes.
Your new role
An opportunity has arisen to join a team of 4 at the client's Brockley office, which works with their services in providing support across Lewisham & Southwark, Bromley, and Sevenoaks. Your primary role will be to:
Assess prospective new customer needs and understand their preferences and priorities
Conduct risk assessments to ensure safe, effective and efficient care
Write care plans in agreement with customers/their representatives
Maintaining the daily running of the office
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous care supervisor or care coordinator experience, and be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or working towards it. Working hours will be 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday, and will be a mixture of office-based and out in the field. You will also be required to participate in the out-of-hours rota, which operates 7 days per week, including covering weekends every 4 to 5 weeks.
What you'll get in return
Competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus £100 day rate for out-of-hours cover at weekends.
