Type - Permanent | Full-time
Job Location – Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Pay - £27,000 - £30,000 Per Year
UK Driving license required.

The Heart of the Role:
At Tezlom, we’re looking for a friendly, proactive Care Supervisor to help our client– a well-established, family-run care provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred home care services. Supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes across the local community.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Reporting to Registered Manager.
* Supporting the Registered Manager, working closely with him for the day-to-day running of the service
* Dealing with staff, Care Workers and client queries.
* Helping recruit, onboard and support new joins.
* Keeping records tidy, accurate, and GDPR-compliant
* Taking part in the on-call rota (some evenings and weekends, compensated)
* Promoting Business values and helping grow their service.

* Someone who’s super organised and can multitask with ease.
* Someone who can handle sensitive information.
* Somebody within the Leamington Area would be a plus.
