As a Care Support Worker, you are responsible for providing high quality and enabling care. To help vulnerable individuals with daily tasks and activities, promoting thier independence and well-being. Everyday brings new challenges and reward.
Key Resoonsibilities:
Support with daily task i.e. washing, dressing, toileting etc
Providing physical, emotional and social support to people who need assistance
Providing support with household task i.e. laundry, meal preparation etc
Provide companionship and a listening ear to someone who depends on you
Supporting individuals participate in social activies and access community resources
Supporting independence by encouraging individuals to develop and maintain skills and routine that promotes independence
Support with mobility and medication prompts
