Job Description
Job Title: Care Technology Support Officer
Location: Wandsworth
Hourly rate £17.50 PAYE / £23.10 UMB Per Hour
Contract Length: 3-month contract (possibility of extension)
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours
ASAP Start
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process care technology referrals.
Maintain accurate user records and appointment scheduling.
Ensure data is correctly recorded in the Council's Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
Respond to enquiries and provide advice on care technology products.
Produce reports and management information.
Manage financial processes including invoicing, account setup, and debt recovery.
Monitor inventory and liaise with suppliers.
Support complaint resolution and maintain records. What We're Looking For
Knowledge of adult social care or the health sector.
PNC and Mosaic experience.
Experience in public or voluntary sector, ideally in adult social care.
Strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage workload independently and solve problems proactively.
Financial acumen and ability to present complex financial information clearly.
Analytical skills to identify trends and support service improvement.
