We’re looking for a caring, patient, and motivated Care Worker to join our welcoming Day Centre team in Ealing, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently, build confidence, and enjoy life to the fullest. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll truly make a difference every single day.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting adults with learning disabilities in daily living tasks and personal care
*
Encouraging participation in social, recreational, and educational activities
*
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times
*
Building strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families
*
Working closely with a supportive team to deliver person-centred care
✅ What We’re Looking For
*
A valid Enhanced DBS (essential)
*
Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable but not essential)
*
Experience working with adults with learning disabilities in a care/day centre or supported living setting
*
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for care
*
Flexibility and a “can-do” attitude
