We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our vibrant Day Centre team in Ealing, supporting elderly service users to live fulfilling, active, and dignified lives. No two days are the same – one day you might be supporting with daily activities, and the next you could be engaging in social, creative, or wellbeing sessions!
💡 What You’ll Be Doing

Providing personal care and emotional support with empathy and respect
*
Assisting with daily living tasks such as meals, mobility, and wellbeing activities
*
Supporting service users to engage in social and recreational activities
*
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times
*
Working as part of a friendly, professional team to deliver high-quality care
✅ What We’re Looking For
*
A valid Enhanced DBS (essential)
*
Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable but not essential)
*
Previous experience supporting elderly individuals in a care or day centre setting
*
A caring, patient, and reliable nature with excellent communication skills
*
Flexibility and a “can-do” attitude
