Essential Criteria
Previous professional experience as a Care Worker, Support Worker, Residential Worker, or Youth Worker.
Experience working with adolescents or young adults (ideally 11-16 years old).
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Exceptional communication skills and a patient, non-judgemental approach.
