Salary: £26,500 per annum

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for estate cleaning and maintenance, as well as operating a bulk waste collection vehicle. The role involves customer interaction, ensuring the estates remain clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
Estate Maintenance & Cleaning: Keep communal areas clean and report maintenance issues.
Bulk Waste Collection: Drive a bulk waste vehicle to collect and dispose of large items.
Customer Service: Address residents' concerns and assist with maintenance requests.
Health & Safety: Follow safety guidelines and conduct vehicle inspections.
Skills & Experience:
Valid UK driver's license (Category C1 or C1E preferred).
Experience in caretaking or maintenance is desirable.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift heavy items and work independently.
