As our Caretaker/Cleaner, you will be the heart of our facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting space for our residents and visitors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Performing general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising common areas.
Maintaining cleanliness in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Assisting with waste disposal and recycling efforts.
Conducting minor maintenance tasks and reporting any repairs needed.
Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
