Communal Services Cleaner/Caretaker
📍 Eastleigh | 💼 Permanent, Full Time | 💷 (£12.60 PER HOUR + HOLIDAY) £26,208 + van + benefits | 🕒 40 hrs/week
We're looking for a reliable and self-motivated Communal Services Cleaner to join our maintenance team. You'll clean and maintain communal areas across housing sites in Eastleigh, helping keep environments safe, tidy, and welcoming for residents.
What You'll Do
Clean shared spaces: corridors, stairwells, bin stores, internal windows, etc.
Record work using mobile devices (photos/forms)
Carry out fire safety checks and report hazards
Maintain cleaning equipment and van stock
What You'll Need
Experience in cleaning or property maintenance
Basic understanding of health & safety and cleaning materials
Good communication and time management
Full UK driving licence
