Monday: 08:00 - 16:30
Tuesday: 08:00 - 16:30
Wednesday: 08:00 - 13:00
Total: 22 hours per week Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join our team on a temporary basis at the Ashley Court scheme in Bristol. This is a part-time, job share role where you will play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents while supporting a strong sense of community.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning internal and external communal areas
Carrying out basic grounds maintenance
Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks
Reporting larger repairs to the property services team
Ensuring sites remain safe, tidy, and well-presented
Acting as a visible and approachable presence on site Resident Support:
Providing excellent customer service to residents
Handling enquiries in a professional and balanced manner
Signposting residents to relevant support services within SNG and the wider community
Supporting a diverse and inclusive community environment Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar caretaker or facilities role is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach
