Job Description
I am currently recruiting for a Caretaker to join a housing association working within their offices in Bristol.
As a Caretaker, you'll receive:
£32k salary
Van and fuel card
Life cover 4x annual salary
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
As a Caretaker, you'll be:
Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
Doing joinery, plumbing (unblocking sinks/toilets), and internal painting
Dealing with the upkeep of office interiors and exteriors
Doing maintenance of parking areas, landscaped spaces, and storage areas
As a Caretaker, you'll need:
Experience within offices or workplace maintenance
The ability to carry out a range of minor repair tasks independently
To be confident using various IT systems for work management
To of held a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 2 years
