We are looking to recruit a Caretaker to join a well-established housing association based in South East London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering a high quality caretaking service, ensuring that all estates are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and safety for residents.
Responsibilities:
Inspecting and cleaning all communal areas in accordance with agreed specifications including sweeping
and mopping, external litter picking, leaf clearance, cleaning bin areas and rotating bins.
Carrying out health and safety checks of communal areas as required.
Reporting bulk rubbish, graffiti, and abandoned vehicles to the appropriate teams.
Dealing with residents courteously and respectfully, being helpful at all times.Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
