Role - Mobile Caretaker
Location - Acton
Pay - £13.49 per hour PAYE inc Holiday Pay | £17.49 per hour LTD via Umbrella
Hours - 35 per week Monday to Friday
Service Care Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Caretaker to join our client who are a Housing Association working out of the Hounslow area
Based within the Hounslow area, you will work as part of a mobile team to cover various locations therefore holding a Full UK Driving License is a requirement for this role with a company van provided.
As a caretaker, you will provide and be responsible for maintaining the internal and external areas of the Housing Associations estates and provide a clean and safe environment for the residents, their guests, employees and other visitors.
Some of the key responsibilities for the role include:
To handle resident issues efficiently and effectively.
To be responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
Deliver Trust letters, circulars etc as appropriate to resident’s properties.
Report any estate defects, fly-tipping or anti-social behaviour to the appropriate authorities.
Check communal lighting/timers and reports blown bulbs as necessary, (including office light bulbs) and emergency testing done monthly.
