Job Description
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Caretaker to join Leicester City Council on an initial 2-3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Role:
* Supporting the team to run the day to day across our busy business centres, set up meeting rooms and weekly events
* Work with and support the Premises Officer
* Working with site cleaners to ensure a great standard for our customers and tenants
* Grounds Maintenance
* General Maintenance across our 4 buildings with 95 workspaces
* There will be some basic plumbing involved, use of equipment like floor buffing, carpet cleaning. First fix person before calling out any specialist contractors
* Painting and decorating
Requirements:
* Knowledge of building health and safety and security
* Experience of working in a caretaker role or similar
* UK Drivers Licence
Hours - 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
