School Caretaker - Ashton-under-Lyne - ASAP Start - Leading Employer - Long-Term Contract

Our leading Facilities Management client is seeking a part-time School Caretaker to join the team in Ashton-under-Lyne. Working at a local school site, you will help ensure the premises are safe, secure, and well maintained for staff and students.
Overview
Need to be able to work either 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-20:00
Rotating shifts: One week early shifts, next week late shifts
Overtime available if required
£14 per hour + Holiday (weekly pay) + Pension
Long-term contract with potential for a permanent position
ASAP start
Excellent working environment / Team
Duties include:
Unlocking/locking school premises
General maintenance and repairs
Health and safety checks
Grounds maintenance and tidiness
Setting up rooms and equipment as needed
Liaising with contractors and school staff
Waste management and stock control
Experience needed:
Previous caretaker or facilities experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Hard working, reliable, and proactive
Immediate availability
Reliable and committed
Enhanced DBS check within the last 12 months
