Caretaker Opportunity - Primary School in Bridgend
Do you have proven experience as a caretaker and enjoy keeping school environments safe, clean, and welcoming? If so, we want to hear from you!
Academics are working with a friendly Primary school in Bridgend who are looking for a dedicated caretaker to join their team. This role is due to start immediately and will run throughout the academic year, with the potential to extend into the following year on a longer-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and safety across school buildings and grounds
Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance
Report any issues or damage to school management
Oversee site security, including locking/unlocking and alarm checks
Support the school with waste management, recycling, and outdoor upkeep in Bridgend
