School Caretaker
Sheffield, S20
£14.61 per hour
Start date: 1st September 2025
Contract type: Temp - perm following 12 weeks successful temporary placement
Working hours: Monday – Friday, term time only, 6:30am – 11:30am
Unique School Solutions are supporting a wonderful primary school in S20 to appoint a Caretaker. You will be responsible for opening the school each morning, maintenance, security, statutory checks and ensuring the overall safety and functionality of the school.

Essential requirements for the role:
* Previous experience of premises maintenance
* Prepared to update records and make checks within school
* The ability to build rapport with staff and pupils
* The ability to work with little direction using own initiative to prioritise jobs
