Carpenter (Facilities Management) 

Location: Units 1, 2, Nibley Business Park, BS37 5HL

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3+ Months

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £ 22.03 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities

Perform carpentry tasks within facilities management.

Maintain and repair structures and fixtures.

Read blueprints and technical drawings.

Ensure work complies with safety and building standards.

Collaborate with other team members and departments.

Person Specifications

Must Have

NVQ Level 2 Carpentry Certification or equivalent.

Experience in a similar carpentry role.

Eligibility to work in the UK.

Valid driving licence.

Basic Level Disclosure (DBS).

Nice to Have

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Experience working in facilities management.
