Job Description
Job Title: Carpenter
Location: Bristol & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £150 - £200 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (with some flexibility required - long term contracting)
We are seeking two experienced Carpenters to carry out Cold Room Panel Fitting for our high end prestigious client. This role will involve the installation of insulated panels and supporting carpentry tasks to deliver well-built, insulated garden structures.
You will work alongside a friendly and skilled team, including electricians, carpenters, and apprentices. While formal qualifications are not essential, hands-on panel fitting experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Install and assemble insulated cold room panels, doors, and accessories to specification.
Assist with carpentry and internal/external electrical integration as required.
Prepare sites, measure accurately, and ensure a high-quality finish.
Work with hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely.
Support with fault finding and repairs when needed.
Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience fitting cold room or modular panels (essential).
Strong practical skills and good knowledge of tools and materials.
Carpentry skills (advantageous).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
Physically fit and comfortable working at height or in confined spaces.
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
