Carpenter – Temp to Perm
Location: Devon (Plymouth-based, with travel to Exeter and North Devon)
Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour (Temporary) – dropping to £19.00 per hour upon permanent employment
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full-time
Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join a well-established and growing team covering the Devon area. The role will initially start on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to become permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate.
The Role:

Carry out kitchen and bathroom fitting, ensuring a high-quality finish.
*
Undertake 2nd fix carpentry work to a professional standard.
*
Travel between sites across Plymouth, Exeter, and North Devon (van and fuel card provided).
*
Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and to specification.
The Ideal Candidate:
*
Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom fitting and 2nd fix carpentry.
*
Full UK driving licence (company van provided).
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
*
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
What’s on Offer:

£19.00 per hour once permanent (after 12 weeks).
