Job Opportunity: Carpenter - Property Maintenance (Vale of Glamorgan)💷 £22.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Immediate Start
We're currently seeking a skilled
Carpenter
To join a property maintenance team in the
Vale of Glamorgan. This is a great opportunity for a qualified tradesperson to work on a variety of residential and commercial properties.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
1st and 2nd fix carpentry work
Fitting doors, skirting, architraves, and kitchen units
Repair and maintenance tasks across occupied and void properties
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
✅ Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent)
Proven experience in property maintenance or similar roles
Own tools and PPE
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
📍 Location:
Vale of Glamorgan - property maintenance across multiple sites
💰 Pay & Benefits:
£22.00 per hour
