Contract: Temp to Perm
Rate : £21.40 per hour, paid CIS. £46000 per annum
Take home: £710 per week take home pay
Location: West London
Working Hours per Week: 42.5
Start Date: ASAP
My client is a Tier 1 Contractor who are currently looking for Carpenters to work in social housing properties. We are looking to recruit Carpenter Multi Traders on their behalf to interview and start immediately. This role is based in and around the West London area.
Day to day work will consist of you going into social housing properties and you will be doing general Carpenter roles but must be able to be fully competent with carpentry as well as plumbing and being able to do a lot of multi skilled trades. Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well. You will be supplied with a company van to get to and from properties as well as a fuel card.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Full UK Driver’s Licence
Social Housing Experience
Must Hold NVQ Level 2 Qualifications as a minimum in Carpentry (or equivalent)
